Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam orders may take considerably longer than the estimates.
Where is my item coming from?
Most of LYGFZF in-stock products are shipped from the US - Our US warehouse is based in CA.
Since we also ship to different countries, we've partnered with top manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only products of the highest quality standards are delivered to you in no time. For presale orders & international orders, you may receive the item from any of these warehouses.
Different warehouses mean that sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times, but that's about it. No worries, we'll keep you informed with tracking numbers of different packages.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to contact us.
Why haven’t I received my order?
A. Your order has not been shipped. We recommend you check the status of the order in your Account. Go to: View orders --My orders.
B. Your order is in transit, and it is within the estimated delivery time, please wait, in most cases, orders will arrive within the estimated time. If your order has not arrived and it is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
C. Your order may have been returned for the following reasons: -The courier attempted to deliver to you but could not find you to sign for the delivery. -The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete. -The package was rejected during customs clearance.
D. The item is lost in transit.
I did not receive my order, why is the tracking status showing as delivered?
Possible reasons include:
A. The delivery address is incorrect.
B. Someone else has signed for the parcel.
C. The parcel has arrived at your local post office and will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
COVID-19 Updates: Your parcels are still in safe hands, but please note that delivery times may fall outside of the normal standard.

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?
If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to email@example.com. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases, or other packagings. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.
